Shipping Policy
We work with a trusted print-on-demand partner (Printful) to fulfil your orders. Each item is made especially for you as soon as you place your order, which helps us reduce waste and keep things sustainable. Orders are typically fulfilled (printed and packaged) within 2–5 business days.
Please note that during busy periods (like holidays or sales), fulfilment times may be slightly longer.
Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Once fulfilled, typical delivery estimates are:

United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after fulfilment

Europe: 3–7 business days after fulfilment

USA & Canada: 5–10 business days after fulfilment

Rest of World: 7–20 business days after fulfilment
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately, we cannot ship to that location at this time. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to follow your order’s progress right to your doorstep. ​
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to carrier issues, customs (for international orders) or high order volume during peak seasons. Items may arrive separately if your order includes multiple products and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@successvibes.co.uk, and we’ll be happy to help.
Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. Each item at Success Vibes is made to order just for you, which means we don't hold stock — and we don’t offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size orders, or change of mind. We do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size ordered (please double-check our size guides before purchasing!), change of mind or ordering the wrong item. Because your order is custom-made when you buy it, we cannot resell returned items. We do accept replacements or refunds if:

Your order is lost in transit (and tracking shows it's not delivered)

Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)
We’ll review the issue and, if eligible, send a replacement at no extra cost — or offer a refund. If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address and your order is returned to the sender, you’ll be responsible for reshipping costs once the address is corrected. Please double-check your info at checkout! Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. It may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card provider.
